I requested a withdrawal of $900 on 1/31/19. Approval of withdrawals are supposed to take 7 to 10 business days. Mine was approved for $834 on 2/21/19 well past the 10th business day. Withdrawals are supposed to be sent 7 to 10 business after approval. It has now been passed the 10 business days and I speak with someone today and they requested information from me that I have already supplied several times before and that she was going to “Escalade” it to the appropriate department. I asked her how long that would take and she said she unable to tell how long it would take. So it has been close to a month and a half and still have not received my winnning and now I have no idea when it will be happening nor could they provide me with how long it would be. Very frustrating

This complaint has been reopened as per Ruby Slots Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
