I have 4 withdrawals equaling over 5,200.00, took over 4 weeks to get verified and now 6 weeks later I can not withdraw my money.
They promoted me to vip but will not pay out. Every time it is “ we escalated” and 3-5 days more. Be patient. I’ve been patient 10 weeks later and no pay out. I’ve tried to ask for management and was told the supervisor could not help with my issue. I asked for a direct number, they would not provide me one, my brother just got shot 2 days ago and my cushion of money isn’t as large as previous one.

I was absolutely up front and truthful with you when posted my reply. The money was sent to our processor as promised and they've confirmed the wire was completed on the 12th. I would imagine at this point that the funds are in your account.

In regards to your VIP status, this has everything to do with wins vs. losses. You will find that every online casino employs these sort of algorithms--this is not only something our casinos do.
