Will not let me withdraw

I have 4 withdrawals equaling over 5,200.00, took over 4 weeks to get verified and now 6 weeks later I can not withdraw my money.

They promoted me to vip but will not pay out. Every time it is “ we escalated” and 3-5 days more. Be patient. I’ve been patient 10 weeks later and no pay out. I’ve tried to ask for management and was told the supervisor could not help with my issue. I asked for a direct number, they would not provide me one, my brother just got shot 2 days ago and my cushion of money isn’t as large as previous one.

Please just wire me my money. Thanks so much

I was absolutely up front and truthful with you when posted my reply. The money was sent to our processor as promised and they've confirmed the wire was completed on the 12th. I would imagine at this point that the funds are in your account.

Further, it is clear that you have not taken the time to read our terms and conditions relating to bonuses:

12. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player's account.

Ruby slots informed me today that they will be depositing 2,333.00 out of the 5,200.00 owed. To say I’m upset does not cover it. Do not play here. They have no integrity and are crooks. This is not right but thanks to your sight I will be receiving some money. This is not right and I don’t think I have any options left.

I have spoken to several reps. Asked to speak with management and was denied. I was VIP 5 and now VIP 1. I spend a lot of money with your company and you will not release my winnings. I have no VIP perks yet because of these withdrawals. Nothing has changed like you stated earlier this week. 3 different reps who transferred me to the next to the next. This is unprofessional and I wish I never trusted you with my money. Please just wire my money, you have got more then 7000.00 from me in the last 8 weeks.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
