Where are my rubies
On 8/1/21 I cashed out $1588.13 at Ruby slots.They have since changed my player level, but at the time I won I was eligible for the deposit/bonus I won on. So it is a legitimate complaint.
I want them to pay me in full and I'm asking AskGamblers t help me get my winnings.
I have emailed, chatted and called but to no avail.
