Waiting for more then a month for a response regarding the verification
Submitted documents for verification more than one months ago. No answer yet. Don't know are the documents are ok or not. Looks like ghost casino.
Tried to contact them but nobody answering. Live chat doesn't exists. I'm asking do they exists?

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I've reviewed your account and you are not entitled to any winnings and in fact, your accounts have been closed. We are very clear in our terms and conditions that only one account per player is allowed:

5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
I've sent all of the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management to prove what I've stated is accurate.
