Very Slow Payment at Ruby
Please help. I am owed a lot of money by Ruby Slots Casino. I have unpaid requests totaling $4,996. All documents are in order. Documents were originally submitted to Club Player in October, 2018. Ruby Slots did not timely pay and, eventually, informed me that new documents would need to be submitted because my old documents were not sufficiently current. I explained to Ruby Slots that my documents were completely current (in fact, less than one month old when they were originally submitted), and that the only reason that new documents were being requested was because Ruby Slots did not pay me. Through their Live Chat agents, Ruby Slots informed me that documents would need to be resubmitted. I resubmitted documents on March, 2019. The same thing happened again, and then yet again. Eventually, on March 17, 2020, Michael Alberts of the Casino Support Center, told me that my documents had been verified, for Ruby Slots and for other casinos. However, as of today’s date, November 16, 2020, I have not been paid. I have submitted more documents to Ruby, and engaged in chat and email discussions. I will be happy to submit these if necessary. But no payment !
