Verification headache, withdrawal delay
I have been having issues with ruby slots and getting them to cooperate with me when it comes to filling the timeliness they set in place themselves when it comes to verifying accounts and letting players withdraw there winnings. I am sitting at a withdrawable balance of 243.06. I uploaded a pic to show my playthrough had been met and all I need to do is cash it out. I've sent in the necessary documents on the 17th of January.
I received an email back from an automated email saying they received the email and someone will contact me at the earliest possible time. They state in the rules that they verify accounts within 72 hrs. Three days later I try to message them but get no response. Keep in mind every time I call the number I get a busy signal Nd there is not even a live chat feature on there app even though it says we should be able to. They aren't responding at all and it's been 10 days. Not heard one thing. I had added screenshots of my balance showing rhe amount I'm trying to withdraw Nd the emails I've sent and relieved from them even though they've only sent me one now and it's been 10 days.
