Recently I received an email from rubyslots.com for a no-deposit bonus so I accepted and went on the beat the required wager and was left with 100USD that I can withdraw. Then during the verification process out of nowhere my account is shutdown without an explication. I've sent multiple emails asking what's going on without a reply and am unable to access live chat it will only give me the option to send emails. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
