Two withdrawals continuously delayed
I submitted a 2500USD withdrawal on 23 May 19 and a 1800USD withdrawal on 30 May 19. I checked in on early June 19 to get an update and was advised it was too soon and that my documents would be expiring in two weeks but it didn't matter for these as I was within the 9 months time frame. I check back in two week later and was told nothing had progressed as I now needed to update my documents even though both withdrawals were already approved (a quick email would have been nice), after several days of back and forth they finally informed me they had what they needed. My 2500USD withdrawal was sent to the processor on 23 June 19 (Sunday?) and I was told it would hit my bank in a couple of days but they wold not start processing my 1800USD for a couple more weeks!!! Regardless of the enormous time I have spent trying to resolve this and the continuous conflicting information I receive when I contact them via chat - I would truly appreciate both my withdrawals in my bank account!!! It has been several weeks, this is infuriating and inexplicable. Ruby Slots, please deposit my funds into my account without further delay or excuses.
