Trying to finish verification
Hi I'm doing this complaint today because Ruby slots is not getting back with me in a timely manner. The situation is I was made it to the card part of my verification. I submitted my new card that I had just got. In the mail they said it doesn't match the old card on the account therefore I explained to them I lost that card and had to order a new one. After that I talked to a customer support specialist that told me that I that they would take the old card off my account and it'd be done within 24 hours then I can add my new card and finish the verification, but I still haven't heard back from them yet.
