Today is 1 month my withdrawals have been sitting at Ruby Slots
Same as the Planet 7 issue but they told me to make separate complaints for different casino even thought they are all on the same group - I made a withdrawal on May 4 totalling 2,500. However, on May 16 I needed to update the bitcoin address and chat told me they couldnt change it but I would have to cancel the withdrawal and re-submit it with the new address. They confirmed that I would not lose my place in line to get paid and that would happen "in just a few days". They even offered to "let finance department" know so I would be paid in a day or two.
Since then I've emailed the VIP host about a dozen times and are being ghosted. Previously I had an option for Coindraw which was great but they took that away and now I have to use a different withdrawal process and my requests just sit with zero movement since May 4, when they were originally requested. Any help wold be appreciated
