Ruby Slots Casino is taking an extremely long time to pay me.
I have 10 withdrawals pending and one that has been approved Oct. 1 but has not been sent. These total $22,847.
These withdrawal requests date back to May and June, 2021. I have had numerous discussions with customer service who assured my requests would be escalated but to no avail. The casino staff have been friendly and tried to be helpful but I remain unpaid.
