Still waiting for wire transfer $1167
After resubmitting multiple documents and hours spent online, with Customer Support Staff; I am instructed to just "wait and have patience." It took about 30 days for Ruby Slots to approve my withdrawal and after sending information/documents requested over and over again, I attempted to communicate through emails sent daily.
All of my emails sent to Ruby Slots were never responded to except for a case number and the statement that someone would get back to me, which never occurred. Currently, the casino's customer support specialist from chat is informing me each time I inquire, that the $1167.00 is being wired and is with the "Service Provider," and there is nothing more that Ruby Slots can do and that I am to wait and be patient. I do appreciate anything that Ask Gambler's can do to help me receive my funds!
