So many delays for $20,000


Hi, I wish I had read about this casino before I deposited money....foolish of me but I have definitely learned a very patient lesson.
I won a random jackpot after many months and many deposits... I played through and then requested the withdr­awa­l...or­igi­nally on the 04/06....I sent all the verification documents, completed Heyu account and while they were pending they kept returning the withdrawal request,
I totally understand this although I do believe that the original date of withdrawal should stand. I don’t know if any other casino which decline the deposit while documents are pending but hey ho.

I got confirmation that documents were approved and patiently waited.

The first withdrawal was approved on the 04/24....out with the time but due to Easter holidays I understood why.
On this same day I received an email from accounts saying that they required my swift and bank account information in the body of the email and not as an attachment. Okay! But why this took 2 weeks for this to be sent to me I don’t know? So any way......

I resent the information, in the body of an email, and patiently waited.....well not really patiently as I had some conversations with support, just to remind them that I was still checking.

I have had some conflicting information. I know it’s not been tooo long (although far longer than any other casino I’ve had to deal with in the past) but when I enquired about the other 7 $2500 transactions first I was told, they would all be approved and then sent to processor each 7-10 days....fair enough
But these transactions are still all pending so I spoke to another person in chat and they told me that no...each transaction is approved indivi­dua­lly..t­her­efore 1 approved every 7-10 days........ so would take 70 days plus for all the transactions to be approved...with another 7-10 days to send to processor and then the time to arrive in account.

This whole process is so convoluted and frustrating and I really just want some actually clarity about when these should happen.

The accounts department haven’t responded...I imagine this will take 7-10 days as it seems everything else seems to be dragged along to this time frame. I would appreciate any advice and assistance you could provide

It’s a lot of winnings and I just want to know that they will arrive....eventually

Regarding your previous wire, this was confirmed by our processor as completed on the 10th. I'm guessing the funds will reach your account, Monday, if not already.

Your final withdrawal was sent to our processor, Tuesday: 7/9 Paid $2300 + No Service Fee for transaction #75796639. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this coming week.

Hi I still haven’t received the last payment processed and there is still 1 payment not processed as yet. I have been very patient regarding this crazy method of receiving random payments but I would just like to get the last 2 as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated seonaid

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
