Payout Concerns
On 07/19/23 I had created an account with Ruby Slots Casino and used a no deposit bonus. The terms and conditions of the bonus is that you meet the wager requirements which I obviously did and if it's a non deposit bonus to make a $10 deposit to verify your bitcoin address. I successfully completed all there required steps to make a withdrawal request and I also received a email from the casino stating that my documents were fully verified to make a withdrawal request. So I make a withdrawal request and instantly the funds were put back into my casino account.
So today 07/20/23 I had reached out to the casino via chat and was told that my withdrawal request was being denied because they didn't get my I'd which is totally wrong they did and I have the email to prove it. So I took a screenshot of the email and uploaded in chat and the lady by the name of Sharon who was helping me had reached out to the documents department to see what was going on which they had informed her that I was fully verified like I had said. So I asked her why were my withdrawal being denied then so she told me to make another withdrawal request which I did.
Now if your account is not fully verified it can take up to 3-7 business days to receive your funds accounts that are fully verified it can take up to 48 hours. I am fully verified but yet I once again make a withdrawal request and its telling me that it can take up to 5 business days I once again asked the lady why she wanted a screenshot shot of it saying this I as I'm trying to upload it to her she ends the chat.
I am not going to tolerate this I should of had my withdrawal already this is ridiculous.
