Payments not sent to processor
I have two outstanding payouts via wire transfer that have been approved by the casino but have yet to be paid out, in fact they have not even been sent to the payment processor yet even though it is far beyond the time frame promised on the casino's terms and conditions page. I requested both payouts in March and they were finally approved in April, specifically both on 4/4/19. One payout was for $950 and the other was for $800, for a total of $1750. Every time I contact support they say they are having processor delays and promise to escalate the situtation but I still havent gotten my money, nor can they give me a reason why they haven't sent the payments to the processor or a date that they will send them. I was hoping Askgamblers could help me resolve this issue. My account has been verified with the casino and I have sent their payment center my bank information multiple times. I can provide askgamblers with any documents needed to confirm this, I really would appreicate the help getting my payouts sent. Thank you for your time and consideration.
