Payment delayed for 2 months

Information for my complaint. Ruby Slots casino has not paid me for more than two months.

Thank you in advance for handling this matter.

I have tried getting this resolved with Ruby Slots casino support but I am receiving no replies.

I sent four email enquiries since I was last paid to [email protected]. I had one holding email response in relation to my first email stating that it may take 72 hours to get a reply and that my case number was 152365427. That was on 11th March and I am still awaiting a reply. I have sent further emails each week since but as yet I have had no answer.

Also, I made two live chats with support to try to and get paid. During the live chat on 19th March I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours to be reviewed but to date I have heard or received nothing.

I am providing you with downloads of the emails and live chat transcripts.

Thank you for that. But I can't go back to the cashier and make the Bitcoin withdrawals as there is no longer any standard bitcoin withdrawal option in my cashier. It has been removed along with the coindraw option. That's what I was referring to in my last message.

But I will close my complaint now as you asked and email you directly.

Hi Robert--

I think at issue here is that because of the change in your player class, you are no longer eligible for Coindraw withdrawals.

I've had our Payments Manager do two manual withdrawal requests, each in the amount of $2500 (just to get the ball rolling). These are standard Bitcoin withdrawals (you'll save a ton on fees) and because I'll be involved, they'll move swiftly.

I do need for you to go back to the casino cashier and attempt to do the standard Bitcoin withdrawals (I believe you should still have those options available). Please let me know if this option is not available.

I do want to let you know that as of this morning, I will be out on medical leave until next week. To give you a bit of comfort with this, I've attached my email address for you to use. As soon as I get back, I'll check in on this to see how things are going. ;-)

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
