Payment Delay and Different Details

Hello. I submitted verification documents and a withdrawal request on July 6th or 7th. I finally got verified after a week and a half two weeks and they said it's going to be another 7 to 10 days for payment. I went today to log into my account and my withdrawal status still said pending and in progress, so I went to live chat and spoke to Ruben to just get an update if I could, and he stated that the reason I haven't got mine withdrawal is because it got denied. I asked why and I got no notification of this. He said that they did not have my Bitcoin wallet address and gave me an address of paymen­ts@­cas­ino­sup­por­tce­nte­r.com to email my bitcoin address to. I proceeded to email that address three different times and all three times it came back to me undelivered, so I went back to chat I and I then spoke to Alex, which confirmed that was the right email address and it was working fine. Well, I tried it again from another email three times and all three times came back "undeliverable" I went back to the chat with Alec and nobody replied to me from then on.

This all after emailing their suppor and cashier emails MULTIPLE times and never get ONE email replied to.

Can someone PLEASE help me get this taken care of? They have delayed and delayed and could really use this withdrawal. I will attach screenshots of my live chats with Ruben and Alec

They use inclave for login.. So they assign some random username for you.

Update to my original complaiint post. The email addresses provided by Livve Chat where valid address. The problem was on my email providers side. HOWEVER,...When they replied{1st reply after 8 previous emails} back they stated "We will start payment process as soon as your pending withdrawal request gets confirmed" PAYMENT PROSSES??? REQUEST GETS CONFIRMED??? They've had 2 weeks to review everything, and the only thing they "needed" was my bitcoin address..not much to review there. I cant explain how many times I've "forgotten" my bitcoin address. Kinda the only thing we have to do..tough to forget. Casinos continue to use it as a delay tactic. Guy in chat saying it could be 5-7 days???? That would put it around 3 weeks for a withdrawal....just because they're able to use the forgotten bitcoin stall tactic?

All they needed was a bitcoin address they said....how does that translate into more delayed time, and not into me having my payment within minutes?

Guess you just have to stick to the same 4 or 5 trusted casinos.

My apologies for the rant, but its every single time! Anything you can do to help would be much appreciated, please let me know if you need anything else from me.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
