I won on ruby slots on a bonus but played through. I then presented all my information which has not changed since last time I went through this. I was verified and then told I would be paid. I never received anything thing and got a hold of them then told I need to verify my bitcoin address. Upon going through verifications several times I was told that I am all set and assured I would be paid. I have completed everything and was told I will get $1000 in a few days but it will be within the time frame. I have received nothing and after contacting ruby slots I was told there's an escalation put on my case. I have heard this over and over. Any help will be very much appreciated.
