Hello,
—On March 11th I submitted a request for a withdrawal in the amount of $800.
—On March 12th I submitted a request for a withdrawal in the amount of $250.
—On March 28th I submitted a request for another withdrawal in the amount of $501.44
I’ve been receiving the runaround from their customer service team For more than a month but they still have not approved any of these for payout. It’s not a document/verification issue as I’ve recently received payouts from other winnings.
They simply will not approve payouts nor will they tell me why or when it might happen.
I’m tired of their “escalation” song and dance which never amounts to anything. They apologize profusely and still provide no useful information.
Please help mediate a solution with this casino to pay their obligations once and for all.
