Not So Easy To Get Paid
Good Morning, On October 7, 2024, I made a deposit and used a bonus with no playthrough, no max cashout. I won a jackpot and decided to make a withdrawal. I went on chat and asked what exactly did I need to get my funds. He said my information was on file, I just needed to submit a recent bank statement, which I did. I checked back on October 10, 2024 and my $4100, had been returned to my account with no followup as to why, so once again I reached out via chat. I was informed that I needed to. submit the front and back of my ID and credit card from the account the funds were to be deposited into. I complied with that. I then received an email saying there was a glare and to resubmit it. I resubmitted it immediately. On October 16, 2024 I was surprised to see the funds had once again been returned to my account with no notice or contact. So once again I went onto chat to ask them what was going on with my withdrawals, and the representative stated there was a new requirement and I needed to submit my utility bill, I once again complied. What I thought would be up to 10 days to verify my winnings has turned into 10 days of back and forth. I noticed that each time I ask them do they require anything else to complete the process, I'm told they have everything, but then they keep returning my funds to Mt account and it starts the 10 day window over each time. I have been able to take a few screenshots of the chats, if they are needed for verification. Thanks for any help or advice.
