I submited a withdraw for 100 dollars 07/15/19. The withdraw was denied because they stated I had not submitted required documents when I had. I have emails to prove it. So i submitted another request. They refused to send the money to my bank account after it was approved so i requested a check. I have chats to prove this. I have sent multiple emails and the only response i get is automated stating I will here from someone in 5 days and I never do. Now I am not able to live chat anyone and the only option I have is email. No one responds to emails. I have been waiting since July for a payment.
