Ruby slots owes me 4614.56 with approved withdrawal for 2114.56 and 2500 dated back from March 18 and March 22 . This has been an exhaustion and taking away the fun of gambling . I was ok when I lost my money but when I win don’t give us hard time fighting for it . A level 5 player should have not have to go through this much hussle to get his winning . Pls help

Things got a little backed up with the batch of wires that your payment from Slots of Vegas is in. I spoke with our Payments Manager and she expects confirmation of completion on this, later today--I'll be sure to keep you in the loop.

Regarding this account, we sent off a payment to our processor, Saturday: 5/18 Paid $1833 + no fees for transaction #70018808. Fingers crossed, this one will reach you a bit faster than the previous wire. ;-)

I'm so sorry I haven't been back to you sooner...

Regarding your previous wire, our processor confirmed this as completed on the 30th, so I would guess you've received the funds by now.

Also, your last withdrawal was sent off last week: 5/29 Paid $2218 + no fees for transaction #70442332. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, early next week (if not already).
