Not being paid since November 2022

Hi Askgamblers,

I have withdrawals reaching back to last November 2022 still not been paid by ruby slots casino. I am waiting on over $21,000 and I enclose a screen capture to show this. No explanation has been provided by ruby slots and my cashier is full of pending withdrawals.

Please if you can assist me I would appreciate it.Thanks!

As apparent from the submitter's latest post and casino's explanation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

Should the player face issues with any oustanding withdrawal requests or payments which were not part of the present case or payments referring to another casino operator, the player is welcome to submit a separate complaint.

just to query, when you say final payment you don't mean my last payment from you do you?
i have just been back through to check the historical transactions in cashier and it looks like i am still owed more from the original win. The win was $47000 and I did twenty withdrawals to total this amount.
Before the complaint i believe i had been paid just three times for $6200. Since the complain i have been paid $19150.So it leaves approximately $22,000 still unpaid right?
Can you confirm please.

I've gotten to the bottom of things and it's all good news. ;-)

On 7/29, two payments were issued:

Paid $718 (BTC 0.02451631) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #126702771
Paid $2450 (BTC 0.08361079) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #126702764

Your final payment was issued, Monday: 8/7 Paid $1732 (0.05955763) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #126977038

As I mentioned in my previous reply, I was a bit confused by the approved amount of one of your withdrawals. The requested amount was $2450, but the amount paid was $718 (on 7/29). It turned out that the initial approval was incorrect, so this was corrected in your payment issued, Monday.

Here are the payments issued since my previous reply:

7/26 Paid $4900 (0.16790959) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transactions #126521767 ($2,450.00), #126521766 ($2,450.00)
7/28 Paid $2450 (0.08370216) + no Service Fee BTC for transaction #9126646266

I believe another payment was issued, however, the notes are not quite clear on this. I've sent a query to our Payments Manager and as soon as I receive her reply, I'll be back with another update.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
