Not Again Ruby
It looks like I'm back again. You helped me a few weeks ago by getting me paid and I thank you. However now I have another complaint. I played again at Ruby Slots and won again. But when I went to withdraw it said I needed to upload documents and togoto chat for help. So I went to chat and explained I had submitted all documentation in October and had recently been paid so I assumed everything was in order, since it was just a couple of weeks ago.
He said that the policy is the documents cannot be over 30 days old. I mentioned I submitted my ID and cc on October 9th and my utility bill on October 14 and that today being November 5th, it hadn't been 30 days, so the documents were still current. He then stated that the policy was to submit the documents and return to chat to escalate my claim. I am totally stumped on this. I really don't understand why it's so hard to get paid and I just want my $2,500. Help!
