I have emailed the casino on several occasions about a refund and docs that I have sent. Several attempts have lead to nothing. I have sent the docs but all I get is an auto email to respond to this email with any further information. You guessed it no response. I want what is die to me which is$1400. I also contacted them because I was unable to load any money to play further no response once again. I want this problem to be resolved. I win fair and square.

Hi Cherie--

I've looked into your account and it appears that the deposit you made on 10/19 (which you built your withdrawal from), was ultimately declined by your bank and the funds were uncollected.

Because of this, the casino has declined your withdrawal request.

If you are able to show proof that this is inaccurate (you'll need to provide your bank statement showing the transaction did go through on your end), then of course, we will honor the withdrawal. Without this, unfortunately, the declined withdrawal will remain in place.
