No response to my emails and delayed withdrawal
My verification wasn't a hassle and was finished fairly fast & live support was helpful and available for about the 1st week.
Now there isn't even a live chat option available on their site when I check the site.
Finally tho it says on my account that a manager approved the withdrawal on December 3rd but I haven't received any form of payment still which worries me because I would think that means that they sent it and I begin to worry thinking maybe it got sent and somehow got lost or idk.
I tried emailing them to ask what that means and if that means payment has been sent but nobody replies to email?
