No payment or correspondence
I have a balance with Ruby Slots for $4750 that I would like to withdraw. I contacted them for instructions and was told to submit a current bill which I did in June. I'm attaching their acknowledgement. Since then, I have sent numerous emails but have had no reply. I have chatted with a representative who told me he would submit an expedited request but still nothing. I'm on a fixed income and this money would help. Please let me know if you need anything else.
