No contact delayed verification and unable to withdraw winnings

Attempted to withdraw on 16 August and got told I put verify, Ruby slots states up 72 hours to do this on their website. Followed up on 19th and received reply with no information solely my reference number I already had and that I can reply to email, which I did, again asking if I was missing anything and what holdup was. I received no reply I sent a follow up email and resent documents to ruby slots on 23 August to again no reply.

It is now the 10 September no reply, not verified still and unable to withdraw my winnings.

I'm sorry, but I work solely with our Payments Manager. I do not deal with the documents and withdrawal departments, so I do not have access to anything they receive. When I become involved it is essentially starting from the bottom, but I generally am able to motor through issues, proficiently and with good results.

Regarding the Manager Withdrawal, this is mentioned in our terms and conditions:

ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL BONUSES

13. An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This amount could be Bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or because you have exceeded the Maximum Withdrawal Amount on your last bonus, with excess funds removed.

As I mentioned previously, you were using a free chip to build your withdrawal and this had a $100 maximum cashout amount. The balance of the funds were removed as a 'Manager Withdrawal.'

With all due respect Tawni as you have been very helpful through this process, I just wanted to point a few things out with all evidence attached...
Firstly you recieved my email 2 days after verification sent and revieved a reference number for this so emails were going through.
Second, after reading your terms and conditions they also state withdrawals will be processed within seven (7) days and payment made within the following seven (7) to ten (10) days. It has been 8 weeks and 4 days since I first requested withdrawal, I have attached date counter for you convienience. Does this not put you in breech of your Terms and Conditions?
Thirdly my transactions history states declined and then manager approved so what is it approved for? very misleading isnt it if that is the case?

This has been an absolute nightmare and would be stoked with the 100 and have been in the past when they have stuck to there terms and verified and payed within the specified timeframe and have gone on to continue playing these reputable sites to this day. 8 weeks and 4 days is beyond riduculous and to send me that responce is just insulting. Boo Ruby Slots.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
