No communication and no sign from my withdrawal
I have played with Ruby Slots since it was VIP lounge. I made a cash deposit, played, and got lucky. I asked for a cashout. I got an automated email saying I needed to verify my identity with HooYu. I completed the verification and RubySlots sent me an email saying my identity had been verified successfully. I then sent in all the required documents to documents@rubyslots.com. I got the automated email saying they would contact me within 5 business days. This is where communication ended. I have sent in these documents over and over in the past and my info is the same. This should just be updating my documents. I cannot get them to reply to an email. I spoke with live support and they said re-send my documents and they would escalate the matter. I sent my documents six more times with no reply. Every week or two they deny my cash out and return the money to my account but never say why. Live help has escalated this issue 4 times yet I get no response. I get all of the emails RubySlots sends me including promos and reference numbers so that isn't the problem. They have communicated with me at my email address many, many times over the years. I have accepted their slow pays over the years knowing eventually I always got my cashouts. This is the first time they will not communicate with me at all. If they don't want me as a customer they should stop sending me promotions and stop accepting my deposits. I have never made a complaint about them before but they have never just ignored me before. Thank you.
