I was approved for a $384 check in the month of November. I submitted all neccessary documentation, and do have records. I checked my transactions for the month of Nov., and Dec. 2018. Now they are not showing any transactions in my account. Can you please help me to get the money that I won. Cashed out $500 minus bonus deduction $384 was my win.
