Manager approved no withdrawal received


Hi I am aware that your web site is clear on not submitting more than one complaint. I however stumbled across an issue or two with my ICloud and so on. Therefore I am uncertain as to whether or not askgamblers received my complaint. I have not received any notification of acceptance. Please forgive me if you did in fact receive my first complaint.


I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ruby Slots Casino regarding the issues I have encountered during my interactions with their platform. I believe that my experience has been unsatisfactory, and I seek your assistance in addressing these concerns.

On sept 9th I played the promo free welcome chip in Which I played through the wager requirements. I continued to play up a balance, initially choosing to withdraw 500 dollars. I was then asked to verify my I.D and account information. I will attach proof of the green check marks that assured my green light on verification. Due to the seemingly elongated processing. I opted out of my request to withdraw and played my balance down to 475 in which I made my final decision to request in its full amount of 475 dollars. To my Cash app bitcoin account. After requesting the 475 on the 9th of sept I deposited 30 dollars and played that down to zero. Days went on weeks went on countless interactions via live chat with the ruby representatives each one giving me reason or excuse for the delays. Such as verifying my I.D multiple times. Verifying my Bitcoin address multiple times. All telling me multiple times that I would receive it in any time now. 4 times I was told it was escalated. Just about 3weeks and 13 business days later sept 27th my requested withdrawal showed on Ruby Slots website changed from withdrawal request processing to withdrawal approved by manager. Only to have received 40 dollars credit complimentary on the ruby slots casino in which I am not sure how or where was determined. And zero dollars received out of the 475 withdrawal request. And no explanation. Upon viewing my request being approved but no recieved funds in sight I messaged once again a ruby slot representative regarding the missing 475. The response was accusatory and false. Thier own records shows in plain sight that I followed all the guidelines and did not violate rules in any way and followed all requirements providing anything needed upon request. Ruby slots own record keeping will show all the proof needed indicating a request for a withdrawal of 475 was not only approved after 13 business days and three weeks later when they state to expect 7to 10 business days but the request was furthermore manager approved. I will provide screenshots of the evidence in which I make my claim.

I expect that Ruby slots honor their records and apply ethics when it’s time to discern proof of my winnings that was in fact within the parameters of Ruby slots rules and guidelines. Therefore rewarding my request of 475 to my account cash app bitcoin as it was once already stamped with approval by a manager.

I kindly request that AskGamblers investigate this matter and work with Ruby Slots Casino to reach a satisfactory resolution. I appreciate your assistance in helping me resolve this issue.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
