Issues with my $1,000 payment

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I submitted my withdrawal request for $1,000 from Ruby Slots on March 17th 2021. Although I was already verified at that time, Ruby Slots requested a few additional pieces of information due to me using Bitcoin as a deposit method. I was asked for my Bitcoin address as well as a photo showing me holding the ID card used for the initial verification, as well as the current days newspaper. I sent all of this into Ruby Slots and expected my payment rather quickly because in my other experiences, using Bitcoin is typically faster. Boy, was I wrong!

I did not save all of my chat transcripts, but I have contacted customer service via chat at least 15 times or more. I have included several excerpts from various chats I have had with Ruby Slots. Also included is a screenshot from Ruby Slots payout team member, Karen. She asked me to provide my username, email address, and Bitcoin address. However, the Bitcoin address she confirmed back to me was not the Bitcoin address I provided to her. I contacted customer service about this again yesterday and was connected to team member Rosanna. I must have explained my issue about three times and she still did not understand what I was trying to say. I even included the same screenshot I have included to you, here below. I contacted Ruby Slots once again today regarding the Bitcoin address issue and was told it has been updated, but who knows, at this point I don't have a lot of faith in Ruby Slots!

Each time I contact customer service I am told basically the same thing in different ways, such as "it is in process" "it is awaiting approval" and to "check back in two business days" or "three business days."

It is always the same thing. I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever get the money I won. The customer service representatives keep telling me that this will be "escalated"(whatever that means) and that it will be brought to the attention of management; however, I have asked to speak to a manager multiple times and have been unsuccessful. Whatever you can do to help will be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if there is any other information needed.

Received on 4/19/21!! Thank you AskGamblers Team! There was absolutely NO movement to send the money I won until I finally got tired of all the useless "escalations" and contacted your team. Y'all are the real deal!!

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
