I have a withdrawal I need to make. I have tried to submit my information to the casino but it consistently gets rejected. I've tried chat several times and no one ever replies. They just keep giving me surveys on how I like their customer service?
They haven't assisted yet. I'm going you can help get it validated and my withdrawal processed.

The manual withdrawal was sorted and your payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 3/17 Paid $1673 with no Service Fees for #147293446 ($1,693.00). I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the middle of this week.
As you can see, there was a bonus removed, explaining the shortfall.
