I am Tired of this
I won $1193 at Ruby Slots Casino on November 24, 200 I sent in all documents everything that was asked. I requested a wire transfer because they told me that is the only payout. Sent in my bank information. I was told by several representatives through live chat that it was sent out on January 14, 2021, I have checked daily for the transfer and had not received it. I was told last week to check back today 02/04 if I had not received it. Of course I have not received it. Now they are asking for a copy of my bank statements to show I did not receive it. I am not sending them that. That is too much and even too personal. I didn't want to file this because a couple of years ago after filing a complaint, I was not allowed to use any of the current bonuses. But I am tired of this run around from them. Will you please help me? I have been very patient. its been 10 weeks of waiting.
