Need help receiving payment of winning
I have $15,000 in winnings in requested and pending withdrawals. I have received only two payments since then. The first for $1,645.00 received 08/09/2018, and another for $2,450.00 received on 09/04/2018, It is now 10/11/2018 and I have yet to recieve any other payments. I can provide bank statements if necessary. I have tried numerous times to reach the proper person or persons at Ruby Slots Casino to ask what the hold-up is and what ,if anything, do I need to do to expedite the payouts. I have not yet been able to speak to a live person and have left numerous phone messages to their customer relations department without any response. I am afraid that I will never see these winnings. Please help me retrieve them! Thank you in advance for your assistance in resolving this problem.
