I withdrew $1240.00 after winning on a "no rules bonus deposit". This was back on July 7th, and I have yet to even receive an email from them!! I called last week, and was told that they, "had everything they needed, including my verification," and I would be hearing from them as soon as they processed my withdrawal. Now it has been over two weeks and they have not even posted it to my Casino account!!
Please help me, as I have deposited hundreds of dollars with them, and it is only fair that when I win, I receive my winnings. You have been of great help in the past with payment problems, I am crossing my fingers that your involvement might speed this casino's actions up. Thank you!!
