Hi. I really love playing Ruby slots. I've spent a lot of money there. Today I am filing complaints about 4 delayed payments. I hate to file a complaint, as I have been paid by this casino for past wins but It's just taking entirely too long to get the request approved and paid. For the past 4 months, I'm spending more time trying to get my winnings paid than I am actually playing. My complaint with Ruby slots covers 4 withdrawal requests that are all late being approved and paid. I've done all I can to get these requests escalated and approved short of visiting them in person. When I had a VIP host, I got paid like clockwork. He got transferred and I was never assigned another host. Since that time it seems my cries are falling on deaf ears. my payments are delayed for lack of being escalated for approval or ignored by the payout team.

I don't know where the problem lies. I've chatted phoned and emailed everyone from support to VIP accounts manager. all my docs are verified as well as my crypto address. Please keep my attachments private as they include my identifying info, my withdrawal reference numbers, emails, and chats. 3 of My withdrawal request are from 4/2/21 , $2500.00 , $2500.00, and $823. 1 is from 7/6/21 for $1388. The 4 requests total $7211.00 I feel it's my obligation to deposit when I want to play, and they're responsible to pay me in a timely manner when I win.

All of these withdrawals are from deposit/bonus promotions. I want AskGambler's help to receive all my winnings as quickly as possible. I would also like a VIP host if possible, and I want to continue my relationship with this casino. I understand delays, I understand that the recent drop in Bitcoin prices affected the casinos, it affected the players too. I harbor no ill will to this fine establishment, but I need my money and I've shown enough patience to come to this point and say enough is enough, stop stalling, and please just get me paid and let's put this behind us and move forward together in our relationship.

Thank you very much Tawni. I did receive the $5,000.00. I am very happy that you have responded and are taking care of business on your end. Yall have been very good to me in dealing with this matter to rectify the situation.. There are 2 more late withdrawals and 1 new request that is in the time frame. The late withdrawala are 1- 4/2//21 for $823 and 1 from 7/6/21 for $1388. I trust that you will get the late ones approved and paid and proceed with any new request in a timely manner. you guys truly are the crown jewel. i'm looking forward to getting back to you to say that things are resolved just as soon as i receive the funds , then i will give you a stellar review. I really am a huge fan of Ruby slots and hate that i had to make a complaint in the first place. but things happen, I am very understanding of that. yalls customer support is outstanding.

I apologize for the frustration you've had with this.

Your first payment was issued to your wallet, Thursday: 7/29 Paid $5000 (0.12607829) + no Service Fee BTC for transactions #105578578 ($2,500.00), #105578577 ($2,500.00).

You'll see more approvals, tomorrow and I would expect another payment to be issued the following day. As soon as I have transaction details, I'll be back with another update.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
