Getting the runaround with $2,216 payment

The live chat at ruby slots accepted my bank info and said that it was all good to go and after a month later I not only have no evidence of any payment having been sent to me but they say if the bank info was not able to accept an International wire transfer then they do not have to pay me my winnings at all because it was my fault for giving the wrong info. As if the money actually was paid somewhere when thats not how it works. The money was never sent anywhere and they wont show proof that it was ever even sent! I knew they would try to pull some sneaky little move like this at the end too. So upsetting especially in a time like this when the money would really help and I won fair and square and went by all the rules of the bonus requirements after winning over 5 grand i only got to cash out $2500 and was only getting paid $2216 and a $20 fee which was supposedly sent on the 25th of April but thats just words typed on a live chat after I asked about it never any emailed confirmation of anything sent to me or any communication at all unless I reach out to the live chat. Still waiting to hear back from the payout department. Theres something called transferwise that is made to do International transfers but I think they like to take forever to pay people way longer than any other casinos online so that the player runs out of money or gets impatient and cancels the withdrawal request in the beginning to play the money or possibly to hope the player gives up or forgets about the win. Whatever it is these people are scam artists and even though they could make plenty of money operating fairly they choose to play games and screw people out of their winnings or make them wait months to see even part of it.

I've checked on your account and I do see you sent new wire details. Unfortunately, we cannot issue wires to Transferwise.

In order to re-issue payment, we'll need either wire details for a different bank (not Transferwise) or we can issue payment using Bitcoin.

I've just sent you an email regarding this--as soon as I receive your reply, I'll have the payment sorted.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
