Getting the Payout Runaround Again
Hello, I originally submitted a withdrawal request with Ruby slots on 10/24/20 in the amount of $1500. I received an email requesting documentation to be sent in and I sent it all on 11/2/20. I spoke with someone on 11/4/20 who confirmed that all of my documentation was submitted but they denied my request for withdrawal anyways. The representative that I spoke asked me to re-request it and he would have is escalated, so I did. I have since talked to multiple people several times and each time I am told that it will be escalated. I most recently spoke with a manager who also assured me that he would follow it and get it processed. I have attached each conversation that I have had, which is about 10 conversations. I continuously get the runaround from every person I speak with without any resolution. Withdrawal request ID is 3158980
