Fairytale of withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal of $940 on August 10.

I learned that on August 31 they finally processed and approved my withdrawal. It took them a whole month to even approve it after I sent in plenty of documentation to verify my identity as along with my card verification it should not have taken 30 days for them to approve my withdrawal.

Also, here it is September 12 and I keep contacting customer support. No one can tell me where my money is they’re telling me that they wired it to my bank account on August 31 and to give it 1 to 5 business days. Well, it has been way over there and I call my bank my bank accounts wire department no one sees it pending coming in my bank said that once is initiated on their side that they should’ve gotten a confirmation number and a tracking number to trace number I have even ask Ruby sluts to trace the wire at this point and they will not Tracy they can’t give me an answer.

I’ve talked to a different represent it is which I have Chris's screenshots of every conversation and no one can give me a direct answer everybody’s giving me the runaround. You cannot talk to a customer service representative because they have the phone lines down. All you can do is talk to them through a live chat option which no one knows what the other one has said You don’t get any correct answers you don’t get any straight answers. They just keep telling you things to get you off of the line. I have been told several times to check back within 24 to 48 hours and then when I check back, they’re giving me another check back within 24 to 48 hours.

All I want is the money that one fair and square at this point It’s been over a month since I had with Drew And requested a withdrawal of my winnings and I still do not have it. I requested it to be withdrawn and deposited into my account through wire transfer on August 10. They said that they approved it and sent it out on August 31 Here it is September 12 and no one knows where it’s at They won’t even Trey said they keep telling me other lie-making up stories now they’re telling me that it could be an extra few weeks. I will say that they are a scam. I am scared to even deposit more money which I have already deposited a bunch of money before I won with this company and I’m just scared to deposit more at this point because I fear that if I win again, I’m scared to win again at this casino because if I do win again here I am having to go through all of this all over again, and this is just a bad taste in my mouth for a first time Ruby sluts casino play Aer.

It should not take this long to get your winnings. I have actually literally cashed out at 10 other casinos at least eight times between the time of my request to withdraw from Ruby slut and I still have my money. I just want my money and then I’ll have my account closed because I will not be gambling with this company ever again this is the worst impression of a first impression that I ever had.

I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that the payment was already sent to our processor, back on August 31st. What I'm not seeing is confirmation from our processor that the wire was completed. Because of this, I've sent a query to our processor to see what's happened--I should have a reply Monday (processing is closed on the weekends).

As soon as I have more information, I'll be back with another update.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
