Denied payout for invalid reason


I joined this casino and used one of the free chip bonuses (30RUBIES) that was emailed to me and was lucky enough to complete the wager requirement and cashout with 100$. Before requesting that withdrawal I did try to use the other bonus code I got emailed to see if it worked and it did but it said I needed to make a deposit. Well after requesting my payout from the first bonus through coin draw, it said that I needed to make a verification deposit for it to work and that I could withdrawal that exact amount I deposited with no requirements. Well after I added the 11$ for the verification deposit I only requested to withdrawal 5$ of it with the 100$ max cashout amount so that I had 6$ left on the account and to make sure that it could count as a deposit since it wasn’t all taken off. After doing that I was only paid 100$ in my withdrawal the adders 5$ was said to have been taken out for fees.

After the withdrawal was processed and sent out, I tried to used the second bonus code (CHIP30) again and this time it did work for me and I was even lucky enough to complete the wager requirements again and finish with well over the max cashout amount. Before requesting a withdrawal I spoke with a casino agent and let her know and she said I was very lucky and congratulated me on my winnings and that was all. Now after requesting the 100$ withdrawal for this bonus, it was declined 4 days later and when I asked a new agent he told me I didn’t make a deposit. I responded and told him that I indeed did and he said verification deposits don’t count. Even though that’s not at all written anywhere in the terms and conditions, it literally just says there needs to be a deposit made between free bonuses which I did. I told him how I even kept most of that verification deposit in my account so that it would count but he was determined to cheat me out of my victory. I even told him how I checked with another chat agent before and he ignored me and kept giving executes that, are otherwise contrary to the terms and conditions of this casino.

I have the transaction history attached and the transcripts of the chats I had with the agent that denied me my payout

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
