Delaying $2,200 payment, poor support


I made a deposit in Ruby Slots with a bonus (Lunch330 5x Play through) attached on October 29, 2020 for $50. I deposited another $34 shortly after without a bonus attached.

I was playing the Plentiful Treasures game Only, and played for 1.5 days until I’d met play through requirements of 5x by checking my profile while playing.

I was lucky enough to hit the Minor Jackpot for $1,000 along with a bonus round that hit for $1,190.33. My balance was well over $2500, then I played down to $2200, and requested a withdrawal next day October 30th, 2020. My original withdrawal request was in the amount of $2,200 bitcoin, withdrawal #3146054. On October 31st, 2020 I emailed support I wanted to proceed with withdrawal and was told someone would reach out in 3 days. I waited patiently and did not log into my account for 4 days to discover that my withdrawal is still pending and not a single customer service rep has reached out.

I do see my withdrawal request on the Cashier/Withdrawal page as of today, 11/5/20 which still shows pending. I feel I’ve been patient throughout this process only to receive emails with support ticket #’s and no real person from withdrawal team will reach out after I’ve sent numerous requests & follow up emails to [email protected] and info@c­asi­noc­ust­ome­rsu­ppo­rt.com As instructed by automated email back with case # 7861377 (Nov 3rd). I have not been contacted again and would Really like to know what the deal is and why a Straight up Minor Jackpot win plus meeting all play through requirements is being shrugged off. My new case #7879127 on 11/5/20 was assigned. I just get a new case # every time I email and nothing happens after the fact. All verification information was previously submitted back in May 2020 and verified/accepted accordingly.

Please help, and attend to your loyal customer base Ruby Slots team, it really should not be this hard to receive support from anyone much less a member of the cash out team like their own Terms & Conditions read. Payment was dispersed in a timely manner after Tawni’s reply. Received the same day on November 11th. My original request was for $2200, but received $2065. Not sure what reason was, but all in all I’m happy with end result. Thank you to both Ask Gamblers and Ruby Slots for coming through.

After reading Tawni’s reply that my withdrawal was approved and will be sent in 24 hours, I proceeded to check my Profile this morning 11-11-20 in Ruby Slots and noticed my $2200 withdrawal from cashier page appears to be processing since this day my withdrawal page in cashier shows requested withdrawal balance has been updated and being processed for a total amount of $2035, per attached screenshot. I am unclear why amount of $165 was denied, would like clarification for future reference, but all in all will be happy to be paid period. See attached screenshots

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
