Delayed withdrawal requests
Hello, I requested two withdrawals on 8/2/19. Each withdrawal request was for $1000 each. I have been given the runaround since then. I have spoken with several representatives with ruby slots. I have been told my documentation was not up to date. I have sent in my documentation three times now and I have been told by multiple representatives that my documents have been verified. I even received an email stating my documents have been verified and that I needed to contact support on live chat but I am now unable to access the website because it says it is not available in my country right now which is never an issue when I’m wanting to deposit money to play.
