Delayed withdrawal of $1024 pending for months
On May 28, I requested a withdrawal of $1024. with no bonus involved. I had submitted all the required paperwork and which I received an email confirming this.
On three separate occasions in live chat I was asked to submit my bank transfer information which I have done each time. Just one week ago I was told in live chat that my request would be submitted to the appropriate department and I have still heard nothing about approval.
