Delayed withdrawal approval and payment
Requested withdrawal of $1500 on 6/7/21. Sent in all requested documents. Received email from Michael < surname removed >, Documents Team, that my account was approved on 6/20/21. Have contacted support 4-5 times and am always told that they are escalating the request and to be patient that I will be paid. Their policy is to approve withdrawals in 7 days.
Its now 43 days and the withdrawal still hasn't been approved. I understand the process and the fact that a back transfer takes time once approved because I have received payments from their sister casino Silver Oaks. It always took some time but payment was usually received in 45-60 days. I could use an intermediary at this point. The agents are always very nice and empathetic but at this point I feel like I'm getting a run around.
