2/6/21 I sent in all of my verification documents as I instructed online. The completed wire details for withdrawal of $2025. Waited 7 business days to follow up, and was asked to send in verification documents again. So I did. Waited a few more days, checked back in, this time they wanted my wire details in a separate email. So I did. Waited a few more days, was told it was still pending review. Waited again. One month later still pending. Was told they were escalating my request. Multiple follow up chats, then emails, finally on April 21st, I was told my withdrawal was approved to wait 5-7 business days. Today is May 6th. 3 months since I initiated withdrawal. Still nothing.

I followed up today to see if I can obtain a reference number, I'm getting the same response, delayed. Except now the service provider who sends out withdrawals is delayed and they have no way to provide a reference number or anything of sorts reflecting that the wire has been sent. So we will see, just don't want anyone to think they are going to get their winnings, rely on those funds coming and then be in the same boat as I three months later.

I am pleased to announce that after a little over three months of waiting for Ruby Slots to payout, I received my payment this morning. I don't know whether or not having submitted this complaint had anything to do with it, since I haven't received a response, but if it did....God Bless the person who helped because it could not of come at a better time. Thank You.
