Delayed verification of my account for a long time
Hello,
It's been over 5 days since I've sent the documents by email that are required for verification.
I got an automated reply to let me know that my documents were received. I never got an e-mail from a Ruby Slots Casino agent to let know that my account was verified.
I submitted a photo of the front and back of my driver license for ID proof and a recent bank statement as proof of address.
Please, help me resolve this issue by finishing the verification.
