I have spent over $30K at Ruby Slots and their sister casinos and have never once cashed out. I finally decided to cash out over a week ago.

I submitted 4 withdrawal requests in the amount of $2,500 each since that is the limit per BTC withdrawal. I then went to read the reviews about this casino only to find nightmare after nightmare story about the casino either delaying payouts or outright not paying at all. When I finally did get to the completed withdrawal screen, it said it would be 5 days until they approved my withdrawals. I submitted everything through their portal as asked and everything was validated including my payout method (according to customer service live chat). I also emailed all documents as noted may be necessary to process the withdrawal.

I have been patiently waiting now for 9 days and have not received anything from the casino. I am really hoping my story does not turn into the same horror stories as the thousands of others I have been reading online. I am a very loyal customer and am almost VIP3 status. I spend a ton of money at Ruby Slots and follow ALL of their rules and quite frankly I expect the same in return from the casino who set the rules themselves.

When they tell me it will be 5 days and then customer service rudely argues with me and tells me I am wrong it will take at least 7 days, I sent them the screenshot where it says 5 days and they still very rudely argued I was wrong. I am only going by what YOUR system told me. I really enjoy playing at ruby slots and will continue to play as well as give a raving review on every platform possible as long as they payout and payout in a timely manner as promised. But so far, my experience is ranking with the rest. I was also under the impression that VIP withdrawals were expedited based on your VIP level status. Ruby slots, where are my rubies?

I just want to get my winnings and in a timely manner as promised and will continue to be a satisfied customer.

I am happy to announce that I did receive payment on all winnings from Ruby Slots. They were very kind with the matter. I wish I didnt have to come to this site to make a complaint in order to get my winnings. Hopefully on the next big win I wont have these issues. Thank you Ruby Slots for your hard work, cooperation and diligence on the matter. However, I will note that I have not received payment for my winnings at their sister casino - Cool Cat Casino.

This complaint has still not been resolved. To date, have not received any of my winnings. I also won $7,500 on their sister site - cool cat casino and am getting the same exact run around there on cashing out as well.

You'll be pleased to know that your first two withdrawals have already been approved and your payment is scheduled to be issued, Monday.

Your subsequent withdrawals will be approved on the 4th.

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
