Delayed payments and communication
I initiated a $2,200 Bitcoin withdrawal on February 28 since Bitcoin was my last deposit method. A few days after, I chatted with a representative to make sure all verification was good to go and I was advised it was. The site says they approve within 7 days but that had not happened so I reached out again yesterday to make sure everything was good to go. I was told that I would only be able to withdraw by bank wire and needed to submit a bill with my address and banking information directly to them which I promptly did. I received an email this morning and now they say they don't work with credit unions. I've been reading alot about this casino and how payments can take a long time to process and now I'm worried I don't have any other options. If I had not contacted them yesterday, I would have ever known I needed to withdraw by bank wire. I feel like they're making me jump through hoops to get my winnings that were legitimately won.
