I have a withdrawal over time limit and I still haven't got response back or withdrawal of $500.
I had a problem before that was resolved quickly. And I was hoping for different results this time but I sent email I got claim number then if I have questions get ahold of customer service. They tell me nothing.

If you did not want to accept the Weekly Cashback, you could have contacted support to have this removed. Further, you had to have seen that you had a balance before you deposited.
It is clear that you did not take time to read the terms and conditions--if you had, you would have understood that the Weekly Cashback IS credited weekly. You are now asking the casino to accept responsibility for your not reading/understanding the terms.
